Karen Auriti - Raised in a New England college town, Karen comes from a family of readers. Her father, a university professor, was a perfectionist and multi-published author, and Karen inherited his perfectionism in terms of the written word.
Karen holds a B.A. from Allegheny College. She composed and edited business correspondence in the course of her employment, and for five years wrote a monthly newsletter for parents at the school her children attended. Her first novel, a historical romance titled Learning to Waltz, was published in 2013 (written as Kerryn Reid). She is a member of Romance Writers of America and the Gulf Coast Writers Association in Fort Myers, Florida, where she's lived for 30 years—long enough to feel like a native.
